About Me
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy Science and am a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst.
For me, psychotherapy involves shedding light on problematic behavioral patterns and exploring the questions that hinder the achievement of one’s goals in order to create space for sustainable changes in life. I aim to provide stability and support to my patients in difficult situations and assist them in coping with challenges and crises in their lives. I believe in change, understanding, acceptance, and self-efficacy, and want to accompany you on your journey toward a more positive sense of well-being.
As a member of the Association of Austrian Psychotherapists (VÖPP), I continually attend further education, seminars, and regularly engage in supervision.
